What is refined coconut oil?

Refined coconut oil, also known as RBD  Coconut Oil, is rich with a medium-chain fatty acid, and most of the fatty acids are saturated fatty acids such as Lauric (C12)acid. We have visited many refined coconut oil mills located in the Philippines, India, and Sri Lanka. So we know how it produces. There are two processing types called Physically refined and chemically refined—however, worldwide food distributors trust physically refined coconut oil rather than its chemical process. Somehow, manufacturers use dried kernels to extract the coconut oil refined.
