    Byproduct is packed and sealed in food graded bags and transported from drying area to flour processing area. Clean and covered company own vehicle is used for transportation.
  • RECEIVING OF EXPELLED CAKE

    The expeller cake is packed in the expeller area in food graded bags. Bags were coming under surveillance and accepted according to the different criteria.
  • STORING

    All bags are stored on pallets
  • TRANSFERRING TO GRINDER

    The selected/accepted expeller cakes are transferred to the grinder
  • GRINDING PROCESS

    Expeller cakes are crushed in to small particles by the grinder and disperse expeller cake in to flour
  • COLLECTING TO THE POLYTHENE BAGS ( FOOD GRADE)

    This is is collected to a food grade polythene bags after milling
  • TRANSFERRING TO THE SIEVER

    Milling and transferred in to the siever
  • SIEVING THROUGH MAGNET

    This is sieved through a SS mesh and later through magnet to detect metals or dust if available. This is very sensitive step.
  • PACKING AND PASS THROUGH A METAL DETECTORS

    Filling flour into food-grade polythene and outer cover is a kraft paper bag. Bags are stitched with a sewing unit which is operated by the worker.

    Finally, This finished product (final bag) pass through a robust metal detectors. Throughout this process, metals and dust are detected if presents. A metal detector should be well-calibrated before starting this final procedure.
